Oil Pastel on Dark Pastel Board

I am embarking on a series of small oil pastel art pieces (4" x 6" image) on dark grey/olive board.
I had to really work on the colours as they sit on the grey board much more differently than on white paper or board.  Concentrating on the colour combinations certainly took away from a freer style.
