Manuela and Peter Creating Coneflower Images -Fabric Work and Pyrography/Painting

 Heron's Way, our home in a country hamlet is 1400 feet above sea level and so we have difficulty growing certain plants.  Coneflowers grow here and so we had put in a variety of them.  Manuela and I both took to creating images of them as art items.  To create the coneflower images, Manuela did her acrylic painting, dying, embellishing, stitching thing; I burnt and painted 1" diameter wooden buttons.
