Exploring Embroidery Stitches -Denim Hexagon #6 by Manuela

 Another day has passed and Manuela has produced another embroidered hexagon. Now, she does take more than one day to embroider a hexagon- sometimes two or three. Manuela often does these while watching tv -I'm not sure she is really watching.  Nevertheless, she keeps herself busy each day embroidering a new set of stitches.

In this denim hexagon, Manuela used ribbon in different widths, beads, crewel wool, and embroidery floss.  She used French knots, together with a chain stitch and a leaf stitch. Manuela has created this one of a kind design embroidery composition as she has done with the others -there is no pattern other than the one she creates as she works.
