A Gel plated, Embroidered Hanging Made in a Week -Manuela

Manuela changed tactics and spent a week working on a 21" hanging. She just keeps herself busy every day.

The background fabric on this hanging is Gelli plated and enhanced with yo-yos, dyed lace, beads, and different embroidery stitches. The stitches were done with embroidery floss and punch needle wool.  Manuela stitched elements of decorative findings in places as part of the composition.
