With the rush on I worked some 7 hour days to complete a burning and acrylic painting in 5 days.
I had done the drawings previously on paper and then had transfered them to a wood panel.
I was amazed at the length of time needed to do each stage. Burning took an entire, long day. I was relegated to the workshop to do this as the smell permeated the studio -much to Manuela's chagrin.

Here you see the burning and the drawn lines.The trees were painted in yellow and then a red applied over. Each colour was done in a wash.

Complete -well, maybe a little tweaking to do.
