Chick-a-dee Collage -by Manuela

 Manuela has been using her gel plates for paper and fabric printing over the last while.  She has built up a number of printed pieces and fabrics.  Manuela has used some of the gel print pieces to make art items. 

 The chick-a-dees in the back yard wait for her to come out to fill the bird feeders.  They are chatty and bold and a delight at any time.  Manuela painted a chick-a-dee, then photo copied it to get various sizes.   And so, torn and cut gel printed papers, stencils, and decoupage were techniques used to make a collage on a canvas as a her small tribute to them.
